How can i reopen a bank account from wamu?

Who closed the account? You or WAMU?

If WAMU closed it, you need to ask them what they require - it will probably require at least paying back any money, including any fees, that they say you owe them.

If you closed it, you should be able to go in and ask them to re-open it.
I think you should go into the bank and tell them that you want to re-open it and also have a check or some cash ready to deposit into your account. I'm sure they'll let you.
