A pre-nup has nothing to do with taxes and childsupport..we all have to pay taxes..Pre-nup deals with if a marriage disolves how the two parties will spit the money..it usually for wealth people.it won't get you off from paying childsupport..
I am not sure I understand the question. I will answer as best as I can.
My understanding is that a prenuptual is usually limited to individual assets held prior to the marriage. Children born while married or assets aquired while married are not part of the prenuptual contract. It is possible for a couple to declare in court that their assets are completely seperate, this is usually done when one spouse has significant debts and they don't want the debtors to be able to claim the assets of the other spouse. However, this must be mutual and has other implications, so it is usually not recommended.
The only way a man might avoid paying child support is if he can proove when the child is born that the child is not his. Even if he later discovers that the child is not his, if he has acted as and accepted the role as father, the courts will not release him from that obligation.
Pre-nups are for personal monetary and for personal belongings only if you want to retain what was originally yours before the marriage. Even if you have in one that child support does not get paid, no judge will allow that to happen in the case of a divorce. It's to protect your personal belongings that you want to retain AFTER divorce.
And taxes are your god-given right as a citizen to pay, whether or not you want to. Sorry, talk to the government about that, not a pre-nup lawyer.
