that is the reason why banks run credit checks, to see what else you hold out there.

It is indeed possilble, I have done it myself, although many lenders will unfavourably at any application if the total amount of unsecured debt held by an individual is more than £25k irrespective over how many financial institutions this is spread over.
Hi Cini.. Thanks for your answer about my cat. I do call my human friends. I most certainly was not giving my cat, BUDDY, too much affection and/or attention. She would come to me LOOKING for that affection and she absolutely loved it. If she didn't, I'm sure I would know or she would resist. I would then respect that and stop. I let her come and go as she pleased but she was just as much attached to me. She never had a home before I took her in. Socialite I am. I wonder why you would think the way you do.
