Paypal? Credit card denied?
This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.
Help please---the card that im using is an aspire from visa.

Well I work for a bank and get calls like that often. It could be a lot of different things. If the bank doesn't have the exact same address that your giving Paypal, it would be denied. Obviously, if your not entering your card number or the three digit number on the back, it would be denied as well. I would call Aspire, if they have a phone number to call, usually they can tell why a card was denied. It may even be Paypal not doing something right.
I would try calling PayPal at 1-888-221-1161 and speak with one of there customer service reps
Sometimes you need to remove a credit card before you can add one. Even when it expires.
