(PAYPAL) about money transfer?

i have a paypal account...and i dont know if its personal account or premier account.my paypal can recieve money but can not request money...my problem is that can i still recieve money from others even if my account can not request money?...i believe this two are different thing, maybe i can not request money but maybe i can receive money? im i right?

To receive money from Paypal, you must have a premiere account. You can send money with a basic account. To receive money or request money, you have to pay $5 (I think it's still the same price) to upgrade to a business or merchant account. That is the Premiere account. It's well worth upgrading. You'll pay a one time fee, and Paypal has some benefits and incentives for Premiere account holders.
