I have been using PayPal for a short time and with some cards that i use it requires an expanded use number while theres this one type that does not: allaccess gift card. can anyone tell me why this is and some other types that dont need expanded use number?

Sounds to me paypal maybe doing something against the credit card company policy. Maybe Allacess gift card blocks paypal. I know some banks do not allow paypal usage for either their checking account or their debit card.
