"has anyone discovered a way to make international phone calls lower than 52cent a minute"?

International phone calls are expensive, i need to find a way to save money when making international phone calls, can someone tell me more about cheaper rates.

Answer:
yes
i think yahoo has a deal like 9 cents per min or something. i m not sure.
I don't know the answer to make cheap international call from your landline.

but you could use yahoo messenger from PC or your laptop to make internationals calls from 2 cents to 8 cents. PC - PC is free but PC - landline will cost you some amount. Its the per minute charges.
skype let u call to canada for free
52 cents!? that's hell cheap!..well compared to the $4 a minute i spent calling australia.

so judging by my $500 phone bill.no.
Yes absolutely. You can get some great deals on calling cards at http://www.budgetdial.com . Most countries are under 20 cents a minute and alot are under 10 cents a minute.
www.skype.com
Skype is great. You can call their land line or mobile (not great quality) for cheap or you can call their computer for free. Also, I had a friend who took a Vonage box to her family in Colombia. They had to pay the $20/month or whatever, but since it is VOIP and counted as a local phone number they could talk as much as they wanted for free. So, this might be an option if you talk a lot.
To where? Calling cards are available (Walmart, Sam's Club, lots of places) that are less that 5 cents/ min to northern Europe.
More elsewhere.
