Where is the best place for me to get a savings acocunt?

I want to know where the best place is to get a savings account for my son and what are required.

Answer:
ING Direct (www.ingdirect.com)
They make it very easy to transfer money in from your checking account, they even offer direct deposit. (Easy to transfer money out should you need to). And they pay a great 4.35% (July 1st). I can send you an email from them and if you use it you can a $25 bonus(I get $10 also). But check out the website for yourself first. Its the most user friendly "e-bank" I've found.
Oh brother, how about the bank?
