ING Direct has a rate of 4.35 % with no fees or minimum balances.

Most regular banks are crap, less than 1 %, so stay away from them if you can.
there are literally thousands of banks in the USA. A bank here available to me (CLAYTON BANK) may not be available in your area..check out your local listings and call them all. Or find websites.
Allstate is over 4%
