I try to save up but I always fail by buying something else? waht should I do so taht doesn't happen again?

Marry a rich guy.
save it in a savings account that has no ATM debit card--the one where you have to go to the branch during business hours and get it out.WHAT A PAIN IN THE AZZ. other then that, it just takes discepline. Do you have a plan for the money saved? It would make it easier.like..hm..do I want to spend this $25 for this nice blouse or would I like that to get me on my Bahama Cruise?...hm..
Read the Automatic Millionaire and The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. Both incredible books to wrap your mind around your finances. You are literally the sum of your buying habits and history to companies. And its easier than you think. Take money out of your account before you can spend it for one and two read and fill yourself with the right tools to understand money. Think about it.you can spend money on small things or put money aside and invest in something fun or worthwhile and come out at the end of the day with more money. I have a close friend who loves parties.so he saved up for about 6 months.real aggressively..and he then invested with another student to put on one of the biggest parties at the end of the school year. Indiana University is the school if you were curious. He had about 1000 people show up at $20 each..you do the math from a 3k investment.
I know where you are and while I know it is hard to save money its a much harsher reality that you will face if you dont learn how to manage yourself and your thoughts. Its not that you cant save its really more of a matter of you arent educated enough at this point for your thoughts to control your actions. Trust me..when it finally clicked I started to begin to enjoy saving money more than I did spending it.and it can change your life..credit is sooo important.

simple you have no restraint or will power . You need to have a set of goals to achieve anything and withoput goals you will achieve nothing . Will power and determination will get you where you want to go .
