What do you do when you are in debt and don't want to file bankruptcy or Chapter 11?

I dont that much;however, my credit is not too good to take out a loan. I work overtime at work and bills still seem to pile up!!

Answer:
One of two things need to happen: Increase your income (New job? Second job?) or decrease your spending. It really is that simple. Put together a good budget for ALL of your money and stick to it.
I agree with lamar 100% I listen to dave ramsey plus I take his financial peace university classes and it does help. Make a budget. See where your money is going every month! put your bills in priority and see if what you owe is more than your intake. It seemed like we had a raise when I did mine and it took stress off of my life looking at it.
Usually we spend a lot money on living, if you can live in low payment, I mean you can make room share, that will save you a lot of money in each month,if this still not enough, may be your salary too low, get some training and change the job to get better pay, last , control your spending.
