Is there a website that offers everyl Realtor listings no matter the Co.? So that you don't have to search every Realtor website to find what you want.

Realtor.com has the most real estate listings. Most MLS boards are directly linked to Realtor.com. This is a good place to search for homes without having to duplicate your efforts by searching multiple sites. Realtor.com is fairly current with most properties being updated within 24 hours.

As you narrow down your home search you may want to find a buyer's agent who can help you search the local MLS. An agent will be able to help you find the right property.

Many states have a Multiple Listing Service. I believe most of them do such by county, however.

Most areas have an MLS (multiple list service). This site will show you all properties listed in your community and allow you to search through them.
