I don't know how you can be paid $4.10 an hour. The minimum federal wage is $5.15 an hour for 40 hours. If you live on the west or east coasts of the US or live in a city like Chicago, the minimums are between $6-9 per hour. You should be getting overtime (time and a half) for the 32 hours that you worked each week. Read up on the topic at:
