Anyone can purchase a money order and there is no identification requirement to buy one.
No age requirements and no ID needed just go in and ask for a money order for whatever amount and they will give it to you.
You do not need to be a certain age to get a money order, and no you do not need any form of identification. =) I get them all the time for ebay and I'm 16, they don't ask any questions about my age or identification. =D hope this helps!

You may not be able to purchase a Money Order from a bank unless you have an account. But most convenient stores will sell them to anyone without any ID.
