First, avoid any of these people offering you a loan by sending them information over the net. Most of these are scams, and they should not be posting that here.
As for business' to go to, there are tons of places to go. Most banks have a place that loans to people with slightly bad credit.

If you only need 1600 and can pay 150/ month, you should try applying for a zero or low interest credit card for a year. You could pay off the balance in less then a year 150*12=1800.
