Unless you are looking for alone time, then why not let her meet the parents? Even if you think they will embarrass you in some way, believe me she will be thrilled to meet them. I am sure her parents have their own quirks!!

You probably want some time alone with her in a safe place, or you don't want your parents to know you have a gf or are somehow scared they won't approve, let alone give you two some privacy. Don't your parents ever leave for work? To buy groceries? Why don't you explain why your parents are always there bugging you? Also why does your gf want to visit you at your house? Does she want to meet your parents? Or does she just want to do stuff with you? Why don't you go to HER house?
