Easy to check out and confirm. A small stock that has gone from .69 to 7.00 and will very soon be double that before being bought out by a big National Corp. Name and web site at your request. Just too good not to share... I'm just a private shareholder willing to share....

That's all well and good. But you sound like a speculator. Not and investor. I get call from boiler room every day on hot stock tips. I play with less than 2% of my total portfolio in speculative investments. Can you afford to lose your 50K? If so have fun and see what you can do with, but use realize it's just like going to VEGAS.
However if you want to make investments. I would look at NYSE listed securties. Do your research or listen to Cramer. ha ha.
Pick names you know. Big companies. Pick 5 put 10k in each. Diversfy. Buy Cramers book he goes into all the stuff you hopefully know.
OK, scam time. This trick is being done on the Internet and now has come to Yahoo Answers. LAX has purchased a worthless small stock for $.69 and is now pushing the price up by fraudulently pushing the stock as tomorrow's new hot stock. If enough people buy the lie, the stock will advance and LAX will sell for huge profits and the stock will, of course, plummet. Hopefully, monitoring by the SEC will put LAX behind bars. See ya LAX.
