Can you start a franchise without coming out of pocket?

Could you just get a loan for the cost of starting a franchise and never have to come out of pocket. I know I have a lot of research to do but I'm really kinda interested in the steps in takes to own, operate, and start a franchise.

No bank will give you 100% of a loan amount to open a franchise. You could get roughly 80% but you would still have to have alot a assets for the bank as well. Or even put ypour house up as collateral. Even if you do get 100% of the money you will have to invest some outta pocket for a while. I opened a Pakmail franchise a year ago and since then I have taken a 15,000 loss over last year. It takes time to get an established business up and running. Things are beginning to look up right now though so just be sure to do ALL your homework before you make a big investment like that.
Usually not. The company needs to know you are serious and depends on the initial outlay as part of their income.
This idea is a variation on buying real estate with no down payment. I guess it's possible but very unlikely.
