There are several organisations called Intellicorp. perhaps if you identify which one you mean.

There was a company called Intellicorp Inc. In 1983 it was called Intelligenetics Inc but changed its name to Intellicorp in July 1984. It last traded on the NASDAQ on 11 April 2004 at $0.19 and was delisted by the NASDAQ for failing to meet financial guidelines.
