I have a ton of I Love Lucy stamps in mint condition, complete with Certificate of Authenticity. My Grandfather used to give them to me before he passes. Their from 1998-2000, and colorized. They are from the International Collector's Society, and for example- some of the Lucy stamps say Guyana on them. A few have prices on them- like one says $400. But I just want to know how much they're worth- or if I should hold on to them for 10-20 more years. Im only 24.

I cringe every time I see the words "International Collector's Society". 400 Guyana dollars is about $2 US, and y'all probably paid a good bit more than that. This sort of thing is usually made strictly for the collector market rather than for postage.
Your best bet might be to try eBay. Here is an eBay search I did (looks like there is more demand for this stuff than I would have thought):
