Any truth to stories about E. Spitzer Jim Cramer and a guy named Rocker and them effecting the price of stocks

I've heard this rumor more than once from different places one company being OVTI.

Answer:
Spitzer is the NY AG and he has put the fear of death into wall street for his overzealous regulations. Cramer is a stock guru with a huge following some times a stock does get a push when he recommends it on his show. Rocker no clue.

But if you look past the hype, you can see what is going on.

In otherwords some truth but mostly not.
cramer couldn't make me buy a cup of coffee.
