Stocks, bonds, high interest account or property?
Answers:
First start a savings account. Accumulate your funds there and then once you have a chunk of money saved. consider mutual funds or the currency market because the rate of return is better than the stock market.
investment in property is the surest bet
Thank you for sharing that. My wife and I have sex around 6 times a month. cost of protectives 1% my weekly salary.
well, from a Yank perspective:
Diversify. all of the things you mentioned are good investments. I happen to believe that it is better to use existing resources to get out of debt completely, and then spread the risk. Here, we can start a mutual fund with as little as $500. So, I would use existing resources to clear the mortgage, and then diversify into various areas.
Good luck
You should start a Roth IRA with regular contributions each month and that should probably be in mutual funds. You need to know about property to get into that, and also stocks, but mutual funds have a good yield usually and are safer than individual stocks. The key to the Roth is that it is tax free when you take it out when you are a geezer. 700 seems like an awful lot of money to be able to regularly invest, given a mortgage, but if you can do that, go for it. Whatever you do don't get into debt, especially credit card debt, and if you can avoid that you will be in great shape. Best of luck.
