First, check with your bank and see if they can order some for you. That's the cheapest way.
Another option is to check at an international airport. They usually have a currency exchange booth - but their rates are close to extortion. And you could check on ebay - there are 623 listings for Iraq Dinars under the category of "Coins & Paper Currency." Even after shipping is added on, it'll probably be cheaper than the airport currency exchange.

Are you asking for the new dinar or the old dinar? For the old dinar ask any military person thats been there and they well probably have some for you lol. For the new dinar im not sure if any one is currently trading them but you can probably search the net and find a bank that handles them.
