why care agents are a dime a dozen get another. he probably thought your offer was too low and he would be wasting his time
it could be a problem with your credit or maybe someone else offered him a higher fee. You need to ask him or her.
It could be a number of things, bad credit, he/she have found something out that you are not telling them, some warning signs have popped up and you need to discuss this further for future reference. Good Luck, hope it all goes well for you.

A sellers agent represents the seller and may have been told not to deal with any initial offers below a certain price.
A ridiculous low bid would also make a agent believe you where not serious
