I am a very well established chef. I would like to start my own restaurant.?

I have opened 4 of the top restaurants in Cincinnati, creating the menu for all of them. I have put in my time and am ready to open a restaurant of my own. I have the skills, the dedication, and the plans; but unfortunately not the financial means. Any suggestions on finding an investor?

Answer:
well theres lots of government grants that give you money to start an business. Today it cost of money to get equipment and stuff so its best todo research on cost for equipment and locations and renting a building. or even check around for business for sale and maybe you get lucky to hit one that is rent to own. But search on the net for grants and private loans and stuff like that. BUT FIRST PUT TOGETHER AN BUSINESS PROPSAL before applying for anything.
write up your resume, and make a business plan and take it to a bank
My wife has helped set up restaurants, she wants to start a restaurant also. Maybe you two can get together.
