How much is the insurance for a business property (15000 sq ft)?

what is the average quote? it doesnt need to be exact

Answers:
OK, are you talking LIABILITY? Liability as a LANDLORD, or the business occupying it? Or are you talking about FIRE insurance? It's going to vary wildly - there ISN'T an average quote. Fire coverage is going to depend heavily on what type of business is inside it, what the building is made of, the fire protection class of the location of the building, if there's any sprinkler system in there, etc. Liability coverage, depending on the insured's interest (tenant? Landlord? Landlord occupant?) might not even be related at ALL to the square footage.

And we haven't even TOUCHED on the issue of workers comp here.
Since you were vague on your question...I gathered by mentioning the Sq footage of 15,000 ft and that it was property...I will guess you are talking about a building.

Building coverage rates are based on a couple factors.

If this is an industrial building...let's say Non-combustible (metal on metal with a slab floor no basement and used for industrial reasons (ie: a Manufacturer) and you had at least 75% of the area a palnt and 25% as office then you can safely use an (average) of $65 per sq ft.

If this was brick office building built within the last 10 years and is sprinklered and the construction is Masonry Non-combustible then you are looking at $130-$150 per sq ft.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON A NUMBER OF RATING FACTORS. Give us more to chew on and we will be better to accurately give you a ball park #.
