Yes. Typically a street bike and "crotch rocket are the same. I think you meant to compare it to a road bike. But they are more expensivebecause of the type of person that typically buys them (they want to go fast!). A road bike on the other hand is usually meant for cruising the country.
More risk = more expensive.

It depends on the cc's, and which coverages you select. For liabiltiy only policies, it's STRICTLY about the cc's of the two bikes.
