Where can i read and/or download insurance company complaints?

There does not seem to be any one specific place to complain about insurance. Each state has it's own place to complain but doesn't seem to have any one spot to view the compliants. Which should not be surprising since we allow insurance companies to regulate themselves.
This is not industry specific but it will show complaints if they are filed.

This shows an example of a company specific hate site. There are tons of sites like this such as paypalsucks & so forth.
Your state will have a state board of insurance.So for instance if you lived in Texas,you would go to TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
Each state has an insurance department - and each state's insurance department has a web site. Each website lists disciplinary action for complaints found valid. Most web sites list the complaints against a particular company.

Each state will have different department which handle customer complaints about insurance, but you can typically find them in the consumer affairs, the department of insurance office, or at the state's insurance commissioner's office. I don't know that you could find any of this information online nor if it is available to the public, but check with the state offices.
