My mom died and left me all her insurance moeny.she didnt have any estate,do i have to pay her bills,w/insuran

Answer:
No. If you are the beneficiary of her policy, you have NO obligation to use your money as beneficiary to pay her estate expenses.

If her ESTATE is the beneficiary, then yes, you have to pay her final expenses with the money.
You are not legally responsible for her bills, but if you intend to take any of her estate, such as house, property, furniture, other stuff she owned, you can't unless you acknowledge the estate and then you 'd need to pay any bills that were incurred, such as the funeral and medical expenses as well as any other bills such as credit cards. These costs have to be satisfied as claims against the estate; the insurance policy however is not part of her estate.
If she didn't have an estate and you were the sole beneficiary of the policy, then legally the debts are not your obligation.

Whether or not you pay them is completely up to you.

The life insurance policy, if not left to an estate, is not at all connected to the obligation to repay debts.
no, and sorry to hear about your mom.
