Depends on way to many things to guess, here. But in PA, if you want to enter an airport terminal, you need to have $5,000,000 liability coverage.
If you're looking for liabitliy only, on a bus for hire, at $1,000,000 limit, it's probably going to cost you around $5,000 a year. That is NOT going to count liquor liability, and if you've got a buncha drunks on the bus, liability could well cost you a LOT more, as they're more likely to fall as they exit the bus.
Call an insurance company would be my first start
maybe you would come under the policy of the person who owns the party bus. Find out the name of the bus company and call and ask them.
all states rates are different but in mine it cost about $2,200 a year per auto and the rate also depends on your driveing record that is just for your auto part you will also have to have other insurances depending on your state like general liability, etc. the best thing to do is call your agent and ask what does your state reqiure you to have then ask for a quote.

I will tell you that Geico ripped me off by accepting my payments, even after dropping my policy without notifying me.
