How much life insurance can i get without doing a physical? What company can give me a policy?

Answer:
Anything below $100,000, insurance companies won't require a medical test. Though, they may do a saliva test to see if you have any HIV.
Why not just break down and do the physical?

That way you don't have to worry about it.
Now days I think everyone has to take a physical because of HIV infection and they look at your medical records, especially if you smoke or have a health problem. Used to be if you were younger they did not check for smaller policies $100,000 or less, I just got a very large policy and it took nearly 4 months to get the policy I had evrything Blood pressure, weight, HIV/blood test, EKG, the guy came to my house and gave me an EKG, they it took them time to contact my doctor get my medical records and review and they changed the rate.
Unless you sign up with one of those $5,000 $25 a month policies where "everyone qualifies!", you WILL have to do a physical. The thing is, if you DO sign up for one of those policies, if you die and the policy is in force, they will "retroactively underwrite" the policy - no one reads all the terms and conditions, but if you do, it says, you have to be healthy! So if you sign off that you're healthy, don't list anything wrong, and they can find doctor records that show you have high cholesterol or diabetes, they don't have to pay.
There are some companies that will do up to $250,000 non-medical if you are under age 30. Depending on circumstances, but why are you worried about the physical? If you have a health problem and lie to get the insurance, it will not be any good any way and the physical is no big deal. Call around to some of the local independent agents and ask about their underwriting guidelines.
it varies from company to company. many advertise no physical required.
also, your bank might offer an accidental life insurance policy for free or about $20 per month for 100,000 or more without a physical.
try scanning your local newspaper as well for ads.
Physical depends of the amount and the age. Most companies are very much alike in their requirements. You should contact a few agents and check not only the conditions of the policy but also the price.
Hey Liz,

There are some companies that offer life insurance without a physical exam up to $250,000 but that is if you have a mortgage.

RBC Insurance offers you up to $150,000 of term life insurance with no medical exam required. You answer a few health questions and they let you know within 15 minutes (online) if you qualify for coverage. You can get an instant quote now at http://www.rbcexpressterm.com/partners/d.

The good thing about this coverage is that you have 31 days to decide if you want to keep the policy, or get a full refund of your premiums paid.

I hope that helps you find life insurance without doing a physical.
If you're young and don't have health problems, you can probably find a company that will not require a physical as part of it's underwriting.

I am assuming that you have some sort of health problem that you are trying to not have discovered by the company. Going through a company that does not do underwriting may not be wise as they have to charge everyone as if they are very unhealthy.

If they do have underwriting, you will typically have to state on the application any current health problems--if you falsify this and they find out they can rescind the policy.

Your best bet may be sucking it up and doing the physical. You may not get the best rating class, but it might be cheaper than through a company with no underwriting.
