Do you mean life AD&D providers? Many times life and ADD are sold or quoted together. For example,the group life rate might be $0.14 and the group AD&D rate would be $0.02. If you are looking for that type of product, you could probably get it from a life insurance carrier that you normally work with.
Other types of accident insurance is voluntary. For example, AFLAC provides benefits for accidents, trips to the Emergency room, etc. These are actually written as individual products, but commission paid on a group basis. This allows the individual more flexibility in choosing the plan best for him/her. One word about AFLAC though, their customer service can be lacking.
