Usually not. Usually what happens is a young, idealistic attorney gets out of law school, wanting to change the world. Um, but they can't get a job at that wonderful law firm.
They end up being the burger flippers of the legal world, by going to wherever they can, to pay the bills - and that's how they get into WC law.
