How many policies to i need to become a career agent with Farmers Insurance? I am currently a reserve agent.?

id say switch companies, you may disagree but with normal insurance companies you are always an agent or broker (employee of company). there are some companies out there where you can become owners. im sure you have your feelings aboutit and probably some bad experiences but in all honesty i plant my flag and allegience ( if you will), in Primerica Financial.
plus overall i know that in farmers, income is somewhat limited and generally speaking, earns are anywhere from $50k to $200k. sounds greta of course but at PFS there is no cap on the income, and helping famliies with low cost high quality insurance and other programs is priority, and the comp. is very handsome. id say take allok, the worst thing that can happen is that you spent a little time researching the competition. have a great day and good luck in your carrer path!!!

You may want to ask Farmers that question. As far as the web sites Warrior is recommending, I would take lightly. He's obviously somebody they dumped and has hard feelings over it. One of my buds is a Farmers sales guy and he does very well. But if you're no good they don't want you.
