Iv'e heard that more insurance companys are paying for massage therapy. I have no idea how to start.

Call YOUR insurance company, ask under what circumstances they cover massage therapy. I think it's pretty limited. You can also call some of the other major insurers in your area and ask them how to get on their provider list.
