Iv'e heard that more insurance companys are paying for massage therapy. I have no idea how to start.

Answer:
Call YOUR insurance company, ask under what circumstances they cover massage therapy. I think it's pretty limited. You can also call some of the other major insurers in your area and ask them how to get on their provider list.
Are you a massage therapist or a patient?
If you're a massage therapist - first off, you need to be credentialed with the insurance plans - meaning, they accept you as a participating provider.
If you're a patient, you need to find a participating provider in your area.
