Im in long term dissability & live in ohio & i want to move to puerto rico,am i still elegible?im dissable?

PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL GROUP IS THE COMPANY THAT PAYS ME THE LONG TERM DISSABILITY BENEFITS THRU MY EMPLOYER. the place i worked on and where i got hurt and got approved for the temporary dissability ARE SELF INSURED AND PRINCIPAL IS THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I LIVE IN OHIO AND IM PLANNING TO MOVE TO ANOTHER STATE OR MAYBE PUERTO RICO. I NEED TO KNOW IF I CAN STILL BE ELEGIBLE for the long term dissability benefits if i move out of ohio , maybe to puerto rico and im still dissable.can i still received the benefits even if i move to puerto rico as long as i provide medical evidence that im still dissable of my foot ? its really cold here in cleveland and i need a warm place to be while winter is over or until my broken foot heals up. thank you.
