Public Liability?
Answer:
I would try the National farmers Union they obviously offer insurance for people dealing with animals.
It all depends on what you are doing, if its more vet type work then contact your professional association.
You have asked the wrong question in a way.
Public Liability is for accidental damage to property or personal injury caused to someone that arises out of the business.
Professional Malpractice, also called professional indemnity covers you for "breach of professional duty" often bought by professionals for errors or omissions in the advice that they give.
Public Indemnity doesn't exist
Perhaps you could try Liverpool Victoria Insurance Co. - they have always been able to provide insurances that I needed.
Their contact number is 0800 0288492.
Another possibility is National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance - (you don't need to be a farmer!) their contact number should be in your local directory.
Otherwise I would ask guidance from your local Veterinary Practice, or a Zoo (if there is one near you) who will have such insurances themselves..
