What does Primerica really do as far as work? Are there any real benifits in it?

Answer:
Yes, be careful with pyramid
It is a cult, That insists on you recruiting others to move up the pyramid.
They supposedly offer financial services but spend most of their time recruiting new " Managers "
They despise "Big Insurance." But would you rather do business with a large reputable company with over 100 years of experience.or Amway geeks.

Primerica=Amway geeks
you can see these suggestion about insurance saving.

Wish it will help you.

Good Luck!
Well consider how you get paid.
Do you get more by selling financial services or do you get more by recruiting others into the group?
My opinion is to stay away.
I'm actually very surprised the group has gotten as large as it has without some sort of major enforcement action by a state or federal agency.
Independent agents are responsible for their own work. Work consists of making phone calls, scheduling guests, scheduling appointments, and prospecting. If you need help, contact the person who brought you down or ask the RVP for help. They all have interest in you getting better. Attending training is not work, it is to give you a better understanding of the products and help you focus on what you need to do.

If you consistently do the work, the benefits are:
1) You will eventually own a business that runs by itself.
2) You will receive income for life when you become a RVP
3) You will be able to expand your business into other states and countries
4) When you become RVP, you can sell your business to Primerica or have another agent buy your business.

I'm surprised that people see Primerica as an insurance company. Primerica is a financial service company. They own Primerica Life that sells Term insurance 100% of the time and also PFS Investments, Inc, that deals with 100s of different mutual funds such as Legg Mason, Fidelity, Oppenheimer, etc. They also work with other companies such as Citicorp Trust Bank that deals with mortgages and providing debt solutions; Metlife in the variable annuity department; Genworth Financial in the Long Term Care department. As an agent with Primerica, you represent all these companies and someone you meet will need help in one or all these areas: life insurance, getting out of debt, planning for retirement, setting up college plan, rolling over some assets, getting a home loan, or setting up a will.
i love how all these questions get a one page answer from primerica agents telling you how great a company it is. Then you look at all the other answers and they tell you about what a dishonest and shoddy company it is!
we WORK! something all these people with "small answers" aren't willing to do for themselves and their family. This is no pyramid. Pyramids are illegal. I help make a huge difference in people's lives financially. And the compliance in the company is unbelievable!! If you want to talk about a pyramid folks, lets talk about your job.i bet you have a boss.i bet they make more than you do.and someone is probably above them, too!! Oh my GOD! You mean a job is a pyramid? People always are searching for something out there.something different, something helpful, beneficial to people and themselves, something to control their own time and that they can own one day to quit making others rich and not themselves. You don't want to be judged on your degree, color, age, sex, etc.I can go on and on. Here, we have a company willing to do all these things and people trash it. What a shame. So you gotta work!! Big deal. People are looking for something for nothing these days. You need to go to more reliable sources than just this, too. Go look us up on the BBB, go get "the ABC's of making money", and "what all stock and mutual fund investors should know". We've been in "Bests Review", "Forbes"," Land of Opportunity",etc We're a member of Citigroup, which is a financial powerhouse. MetLife just paid 12 billion dollars to be a part of our company.this is the real deal!! There are many benefits to working with our company and I thank God everyday this company came into my life. Don't judge your success off the success/failure of others. You go find out for yourself and you make your success. And if you don't have desires and work ethic, then don't bother. I'm here to tell you, that you have to work, love people, and grow personally. If you have those things, you can do huge things with your life and that's the bottom line. This is no get rich quickt type thing either.and if someone told you that, then shame on them. although it has been done, most people won't do the things that Collis Temple did to get where he did in such a short period of time, but that's pretty much up to you!! I hope this helps and if I went long, i'm sorry, but I love this company and I love what I do and I love the friendships that I've made through working with Primerica and the people I've helped and am still coaching in business and from a client standpoint. Best of luck to you!!
