Would like to hear from those who have had experience in dealing with their claims department.

Answer:
Their annuity claims department is great. No problems.
I had them when I use to live in California. I found that they battled me every step of the way when my wife had a medical claim. I had their health insurance plan.

Good luck if you have them. You'll need it.
