My son and his two friends were hit by a lady who had already had 4 DUI and she was at it again, no insurance, borrowed truck. 3 boys in the hospital for anywhere from 1 to 5 days. So far the victims rights group has helped them and MADD was very supportive but they don't go to court until Sept. 06 and the accident happened 10/31/05. My son hasn't been able to go back to work yet so disability has helped, but sorry to tell you there isn't much money if any. If someone had insurance in your case you should have all Dr bills covered.
