About negative feedbacks of primerica financial services?

I currently work there and I'm also a client there. I haven't heard of any negative feedbacks about the company. I think all the clients are pretty satisfied with their services.
Why? Primerica is the only company that gives a financial education to clients. They teach them about life insurance that comes right from the life insurance text book written by other companies. Primerica is the only company that teach people to buy term and invest the difference. You don't need life insurance forever, but you need it right now because you have lots of financial obligations to pay. When you retire, you probably don't need as much life insurance, but you better have lots of money saved.
Primerica is the only company that shows a game plan on how to pay off your debt quicker. When the last time you heard of a company wanting you to pay off your debt quicker? They tell you to refinance, but they not going to show you how to pay it off quicker. When you refinance, you are lowering your monthly payment and at the same time, you stretch your loan back to a 30 year loan. At Primerica, when you refinance, we show you what to do with the saved money and how to pay it off sooner.
They also can find better saving vehicles for you than the one you have now.
My knock on Primerica is that they take a concept -- one should always buy term and invest the difference -- and then don't use competitively priced term (so the agent can be paid a fat commission) and sell lousy performing proprietary products.
It's like telling people they really would benefit by eating healthier and then serving them a dozen white castle hamburgers.
The concept is not bad -- but Primerica then doesn't execute it with good products -- which shoots their credibility.
The other issue with Primerica is that they really pitch hard that you will make so much money working for them. The reality is that very few, if any do and of the small percentage that do well, they don't stick around for long.
You seldom see life-long Primerica selling for the company all their careers. If they are that good -- as they proclaim real hard up front -- why are more people doing it with them and sticking around?
Save yourself some grief -- stay away from them.
I hope you aren't considering working there, if that's your question. You're better off doing something else.
