Ryan Air have debited my account 2X for one insurance policy.?

I emailed them. They TOLD me WITHOUT ANY SYMPATHY to speak to their insurance company. I did and they told me to speak to, yes you guessed it, RYAN AIR.
So I emailed R.Air again and they didn't reply.
I rang the insurance company again and they told me they 'would ring me back' and I WAIT!
Cheap flights.no customer service.now who do I speak to? My Bank tell me that I will have to keep trying. Then if I give up they will try!

Answer:
Dear Ryanair,

You have debited my bank account twice for a purchase i made of ONE insurance policy, as you can see from the attached bank statement.

I have contacted your company by e-mail to rectify this situation and was told to contact your insurance company, which i did. They informed me they cannot help me and i need to sort things out with you. I have since e-mailed your company AND the insurance company, AGAIN, and have received no feedback from anyone.

Please be assured this is written confirmation to yourselves that this is the last step i take to rectify the situation before seeking legal advice and contacting the media.

I look forward to your prompt reply and assitance with putting this situation right, i sincerely hope i don't have to take this matter to the small claims court and make things public.

Kindest regards

Or something to that effect, to be fair if you were taking legal advice the media wouldn't be able to print anything until the situation was resolved, Ryanair would almost certainly take you seriously though!

Are you absolutely certain you didn't purchase 2 when you paid for the tickets?

Good luck.
send them a letter with a copy of your bank statement!! it normally works!!
Contatc your bank. Question the payment. They then should get into contact with however took the payment. They then send stuff back and forth, until they decide whos to blame.

You bank HAS to help if you question the payment. If you get no help ask to speak to the supervisor and if still no joy their supervisor
Tell them that if they don't give you your money back IMMEDIATELY, you will see them in court and bad mouth them all over YAHOO!!

Seriously, if you purchased the insurance through Ryan Air then they are the people who have to sort it out I would think.

Take names of people you talk to and put it ALL in writing to them. Send Special or Recorded delivery and DEMAND a satisfactory resolution within 7 days.

Good luck.
It's not about their insurance, but bank
