I'am 63,work full time, I want to know what is the standard full time benefit in a normal corporation?

Answer:
If I were looking for a full time job, I'd expect health insurance for myself, and a contribution towards health insurance for my spouse/children. I'd also expect a 50% matching on a 401K, and two weeks paid vacation. Anything else (dental, vision, cafeteria plan, flexible spending account) would be icing on the cake.
Please define normal
There is no such thing as a standard benefit or a normal corporation. Every thing is optional and companies decide what they want based on too many variables to mention here.
