Resumes of this type need to include amount of financial responsibility. In the IT sector, then you would include that the applications on which you worked were responsible for X amount of money or X amount of accounts. some metric that shows WHERE you were in the chain of finance.

I would suggest you take some professional help (for FREE) from MS word which has inbuilt resume templates for making your resume.
You can also follow the step-by-step instruction to make your free resume, using the resume builder provided with MS office.
