go to some IT companies or corporate office meet them and do service at their door step. you can attract many 100 people.

If I am understanding the question as it is unclear, you need to generate prospects. Find the niche you want to work in, get leads, just talk to people, etc.. must be professional however, be clear or no one will want to work with you.
