A family of 4 had a major auto-accident last week. The father and daughter died on scene, the wife and son survived the crash. They do not have any relatives in the U.S. The local community wants to set up a fund for this family to help them deal with future issues. How does one set up a fund for that without going through registering for a non-profit organization? We need something quick so we can start collecting donations.
