How can normal man work in a big company?

i dont mean doesnt learning or something like that but its hard to get it

i am really want advice

Answer:
a normal man starts in a small company. later with his experience he can prove higher responsibility and he claims for higher position, if his "small" company refused, he starts looking for "bigger" companies.
some big companies have some training programs for fresh graduates and the "normal" man can start immediately there
99.9% employees of big companies r normal persons. without a large percentage of normal ordinary persons no large company work. Only a few visionaries and freaks are needed. if there r too many of them - then only ideas no work, no follow up, no customer care- the problems r too many. may be that is the reason why God makes Einsteins once a century or more rarely.
Good Morning! Well lets see if it were me I would ask question. For all of the things I dont understand and then do a follow up on the things that I do understand. Get some advice from some of the workers there that have been there for awhile and then continue to do as much research about the company and by all means keep your job dont quit even if you werent thinking about it. The longer you stay and make due at what you know and put a little bit more experience under your belt the better you'll get at what you know. So hang in there and read your horoscope sign I know what does that have to do with anything. Well let me tell you it's got alot to do with it exspecially when it comes to your job you will be suprised at the many people that will follow up on thier company's history and still have a job to come back to. You already have the answers just follow your first mind.
