Got a job offer. Would you accept?

The new company offered me the same annual salary as i get not, but gave me 2500 stock options. This is a up and coming company and their stock is way undervalued in my opinion. Ill get 2 weeks of vacation a year and would have to establish myself over again in this company. I dont know how much raise i can get a year or what percentage of my salary they give for my bonus. Plus they have some 15 employee events each year and monetary award for good jobs.

My old company treats me good. I can leave and take off for vacation whenever i want. I get 3 weeks of vacation a year. And no one looks over my back to see to see if i am working or not. They give me about 5-10 percent raise a year plus a 10% bonus. They have the typical employee christmas dinner and picnic each year.

I kick butt in what i do and am confident that i will do good in both companies. I am happy in either place.

Would you accept the offer or not?

Answers:
You need to find out a whole lot more about the new company. 'I don't know' will not cut it. Only a rash person would leave a good company for another company that sounds good, but 'I don't know...'.
Why not keep your job and buy shares in the up-n-comer?
Money is not everything
I'd hang where I'm happy. That means as much or more than money. As for stock, can you say "Enron"?
