I have a cubicle next to my boss and everytime he passes by, he looks in.I feel like I'm in a cage?

In the meantime, I fixed up the cubicle pretty good with photos of my family and personal items. It just feels funny to hear all of his conversations and annoying laughing. I need some help

It is a cage.and your cage for 8 hours a day. Good thing you made it home.but be careful about craming with too much stuff. Could look like your moving in which plays off as unprofessional. Your boss may be checkin' out your new digs.hahahah!
ask him for a cubicle reloaction, stating that you like a quiet environment to work in.

I can't help you with your location, but I can help with one thing.Alt+Tab.If your like me then your constantly hoping your boss will not catch you on-line while working..so try Alt+Tab.. It will cycle through the programs that you have open and will quickly take you back to your work. It sucks that you feel like your in a cage..I have to deal with a co-worker humming all the time. i understand how you feel i work in a call center so imagine im round a lot of other people able to hear all there conversations even the ones i really don't want to hear but the only thing i do to help block out some of the noise is focus on something else whether i play a game of saduko or study for a class
