It works great for me.
See if the seller accepts cashiers checks or money order. If so follow the prompts. If not contact the seller to see if you can come to an arrangement. Do you have a bank debit card? That would work as well.
Ask the person/company you are buying from if they will take a money order/cashier or personal check. You have to have a credit card to deal through paypal.
Don't use Paypal. They are a Liberal company that uses there service to further there political views.

Do you have a bank account? You can do an e-check through paypal. You can also use a debit card if you have one.
Set up your PayPal account. You can use your bank account for a direct withdrawal. It may take a few days for it all to go through before you could use it. If you're needing it right now, maybe you can use a money order and send it in instead of going through PayPal. You might also consider wiring money via Western Union, but that can get a little expensive. If any of this doesn't sound good to you, maybe a friend or family member may pay with their credit card and you can pay them back.
You can either apply for a credit card. http://www.affiliatetier.com or go to www.paypal.com. register, and add funds from your bank account. the best idea I can think of.
